Her experience has helped her build a network of contacts worldwide, making her an expert in international recruitment. Shirley understands the unique requirements of international recruitment and can help clients navigate the process with ease.

Meet Julia, our Resource Consultant who specializes in sourcing potential candidates for Medicine and Obstetrics & Gynaecology positions. Her approachable and friendly nature makes her a pleasure to work with, and clients can trust that they’re in good hands. In her free time, she follows Liverpool Football Club and the Clare hurlers and is an avid sports fan.

Meet Emma, our Compliance and Documentation Specialist, responsible for ensuring that all pre-employment and compliance documentation for doctors relocating to Ireland is in order. Emma’s attention to detail and tenacity help her manage the complex process of ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and compliant. She’s dedicated to providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates, making the recruitment and relocation process as smooth as possible.

Lisiane is an experienced recruiter who specialises in sourcing Psychiatry, Histopathology and Microbiology professionals for a range of healthcare organisations in Ireland. With a career that started in Brazil and has now spanned many years in Ireland, Lisi has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with international relocation. She is passionate about helping candidates navigate the complex process of moving to a new country and supporting them as they build their careers in a new environment. When she’s not working, Lisi enjoys spending time with her young family, going on long adventurous weekend walks and exploring the beautiful countryside of Ireland.

Mairead specialises in sourcing doctors in Anaesthesia and Surgery for a range of healthcare organisations. With a background as a qualified nurse, Mairead has a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique needs of her clients. She is committed to matching top-tier talent with the right opportunities to help organizations provide the best possible care to their patients. When she’s not working, Mairead loves to travel the world and experience new cultures. Meet Ashley who is our resourcer for our GP desk. Ashley finds the best doctors for her team within Out Of Hours, Aesthetics, Occupational Health, Women’s Health and General Practitioners. When Ashley isn’t busy at work or juggling family life, she enjoys spending her free time outdoors sea swimming and hiking and also travelling the world, making wonderful memories with her family.

Marina is our Compliance Officer who is keen to provide quality service, guiding new hires through the paperwork process as well as helping the doctors with their needs before arriving in Ireland. Marina has an outstanding attention to detail which she combines with her personal experience of living abroad. She loves travelling and gardening to the point she hopes to have her own farm.
