Join our dedicated team in Cork as a Surgical Registrar. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality surgical care, participating in clinical training, and supporting our surgical teams in various specialties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of senior surgeons.
• Participate in on-call rota for emergency surgeries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Contribute to clinical audits, research, and continuous medical education.

Candidate Requirements:

• MRCS or equivalent is required.
• Hold active Irish Medical Council Registration or in the process.
• Membership of relevant college is desirable
• 3 year’s experience in Surgery and at least 1 year at Registrar level
• Current BLS, ALS, ACLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care
