Outstanding opportunity for an Occupational Health Physician. This doctor must hold specialised training in the field recognised by the Irish Medical Council.

Responsibilities will include:

• Conduct pre-employment medical assessments and health screenings
• Evaluate and manage workplace injuries and illnesses
• Provide expert medical advice on occupational health matters
• Perform health surveillance and periodic medical examinations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop health and safety policies
• Guide rehabilitation and return-to-work plans
• Participate in health promotion initiatives and educational programs

Requirements:

• Specialist registration with the Irish Medical Council (IMC) in the field of Occupational Health
• Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Physician
• Strong knowledge of occupational health legislation and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good organisational and time management abilities
• A driving licence and a access to a car (75% clinic based and 25% field based)
