Family Medicine Doctor – Out of Hours

Are you a Family Medicine doctor?

Do you want to provide urgent Primary Care for Irish communities and medical services in the evening and weekends?

Ideal candidate

• 3+ years experience needed working in a primary care setting
• Irish Medical Council (IMC) or be eligible for same
• Recent BLS or ACLS
• MRCGP is desirable
• Indemnity must be paid by the doctor

Job role:

• You will work as part of a multi GP team- contracted for 38 hours per week
• Provide clear and concise telephone advice to patients
• Conduct in-person consultations
• Perform house visits and conduct patient consultations.
• You will be required to complete full medical notes for handoff to patient’s own GP following consultation
• Some flexibility around clinic locations may be required (Driving licence required)

Benefits:

• Salary 115,000k
• 4/5 days per week
• Work permit provided
• 20 days paid hoildays
